I firmly believe that all birthing people deserve birth and postpartum support, regardless of your current financial status. All of the listed packages are suggested rates. If you are unable to pay the rates listed below, please reach out regarding payment plans and pro-bono availability.

If you are able to pay the top-tier rate, please know that part of your fee goes to supporting low-cost and pro-bono clients.

  • I offer a sliding scale and birth clients are asked to choose the fee that best suits them financially. Please note that the level of service remains the same regardless of the fee selected.

    • Daytime Postpartum Support - $55/hr

    • Overnight Support - $450/8 hrs. Additional support is prorated at $55/hr beyond 8 hrs.

    • In-Person: $125/2-hr minimum.

    • Virtual: $65/1-hr minimum.

    • Pro-rated: $55/hr beyond minimum.

    • Starter Package: $950.00

    • Premium Package: $1,600.00

    • One-time consultation with goal-setting and detailed exercise programming: $125

    • Adherence support (accountability!) with both daily and weekly check-ins- $100/week
