Hi, I’m Rigel!
I’m a birth and postpartum doula and I have had the privilege of attending 120+ births across the tristate area. I believe in inclusive, affirming care for all birthing bodies and I advocate fiercely for every client I serve.
Doula work has been my greatest teacher and one of my life’s greatest gifts. I’m honored to be a part of such a special and transformative time in the lives of growing families, and am elated to be bringing my practice from NYC to The Upper Valley, where I grew up.

Inclusive Care Means Accessible Pricing
